Setting Up Chartboost Integration

Step 1: Retrieve User ID and User Signature in Chartboost

1. Log in to Chartboost account.
2. Go to the User Access Management page within the platform.
3. Locate and copy your User ID and User Signature.
4. Go to the Apps Management section.
5. Choose the app you want to retrieve the App ID for.
6. Copy the App ID for further use.

Step 2: Magify Account Setup

1. Go to Magify → Integration → Monetization Grabbers.
2. Click Add Chartboost Grabber.
3. Complete all other required fields.
4. Click Save to finalize the setup.

By default, each grabber is configured to load data for 1 day when created.

If you need to collect data for a longer period (e.g., for initial setup or data recovery), please contact us — we can manually adjust this value for you.
