Setting Up Chartboost Integration

Step 1. Chartboost Account Setup

1. Log in to your Chartboost account → Go to the Mediation section → Select Resources → API Explorer.
2. Under the Authentication section in the API Explorer, locate your:
   • User ID (= Client ID)
   • User Signature (= Client secret)

These credentials will be used for setting up integrations or accessing reporting features.

Step 2. Magify Account Setup

1. Go to Magify → Configurations → Integration → UA Grabbers.
2. Click Add Chartboost Grabber.
3. Fill in all the required fields, including the Client ID and Client secret from Step 1.
4. Click Save.

By default, each grabber is configured to load data for 1 day when created.

If you need to collect data for a longer period (e.g., for initial setup or data recovery), please contact us — we can manually adjust this value for you.
